Dr. Patrick “Sean” O’Sullivan

Dr. O’Sullivan is a native to the Gulf Coast area and spent much of his childhood in New Orleans. He is one of five children, and his mother’s family is originally from New Orleans. His father was an Irish immigrant. After completing high school in Pascagoula, Mississippi, he pursued a degree in biomedical and civil engineering, which subsequently allowed him to join the Peace Corps where he worked assisting in water resource engineering in rural areas of Thailand.

Dr. O’Sullivan attended medical school in Jackson, Mississippi, where he met his future wife. Following completion of medical school, he received his ophthalmology training in Jackson, Mississippi, followed by a retinal fellowship at LSU. Dr. O’Sullivan currently lives in New Orleans with his wife and three kids and serves on the board of the Lighthouse Louisiana, a non-profit organization organized to assist the visually impaired.

Dr. O’Sullivan feels that he can provide consistent care and offer immediate availability to his patients. Dr. O’Sullivan considers himself a hardworking and loyal physician.
